Our 2019 South Carolina Rose, Cat McWhirter!
Cat was chosen as the South Carolina Rose on April 6, 2019, and represented the South Carolina Irish community at the 2019 Rose of Tralee International Festival in Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland in August of 2019.
The South Carolina Rose Center is so excited to welcome Cat to our Rose Family - we’re so proud of her! - she is an excellent representative of our community in Ireland, South Carolina, and beyond!

Festival 2019
The 2019 Rose of Tralee International Festival was held in Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland, from Friday, August 23, through Tuesday, August 27.
The 2019 South Carolina Rose was treated to a week in Ireland as a finalist in the running for this year’s International Rose of Tralee title.
